"Basic Massage and Stretching Techniques for the Horse Lover" is an exciting new one-day course designed to teach you a basic routine to use with your own horse.

You will learn during the morning about the muscles of the horse, the theory behind stretching, and some of the moves that make massage such a beneficial form of bodywork.

Specific muscles are identified, and locations and muscle fibre directions taught through "drawing" on your horse with pavement chalk !

The afternoon gives you the chance to put into practice what you have learnt during the morning, with support and encouragement from your tutors.

By the end of the day you will feel confident to use your newly acquired knowledge to complete a basic routine for your own horse.

Clear, easy to follow laminated handouts will also be provided for you to take home.
